Welcome to MyAcaProducer.com! |
|
There is a great calamity in the a cappella community today. The separation between a good and great a cappella CD is vast and obvious to those who hear the difference. The purpose and desire of this website is simply to reduce that gap.
My hope is to provide a resource can help those seeking to record a cappella music for the masses. Having done so myself, I have turned to a bunch of recording experts for their advice. As the site progresses I hope that people will actually find this to be an asset in their arsenal.
Remember, however, we need your help. There is a major lacking in the MyAcaProducer.com team (I am the only one). We need editors, we need writers; we need people with passion to fill the void currently in this site. If you have tips or tricks (and in the coming months, if you have opinions of engineers) I ask you to send in your experience. Tell other what you did to make your CD a success, the pitfalls you encountered, how you could have avoided those problems, and anything else useful. Those who provide these services, I simply ask them to keep their profiles up to date and send any feedback as to what useful information should be provided in profiles.
My honest hope is to help make the a cappella community grow and increase the quality of the recorded CD for a cappella. I hope that you wish the same.
